Motion Sensor Data

Apple Watch motion sensor data is processed locally on the device for gesture recognition. Motune does not automatically upload motion sensor data.

If a local gesture sample tool is available in the app, it is optional and saves labeled Apple Watch motion samples locally only when the user intentionally starts a sample session.

Health Data

Motune does not read HealthKit health data.

If the user chooses Workout Gesture Mode, Motune may request permission to start and write a workout session so wrist music control can remain available during that user-started workout.

Motune does not read heart rate, steps, calories, workout history, activity rings, or other health records.

Music Playback

Motune controls the current music playback on your iPhone. It does not upload listening history, playlists, library data, or music account information.

Now playing information shown in the app is used locally for display and control.

Data Sharing

Motune does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.

Data Deletion

Motune does not maintain a remote account database. Local settings and optional local gesture samples remain on your device. You can delete local app data by removing Motune from your iPhone and Apple Watch.
